Pickup from Dabolim or Mopa, check in near Baga or Anjuna depending on how loud you want it.

Beaches, the Anjuna flea market if it is a Wednesday, and Fort Aguada at sunset.

Old Goa, then south
Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral in the morning, then down to Palolem or Agonda.

Departure
Slow morning on the beach, then airport transfer.
